Objective
The purpose of this project is to develop a comprehensive WordPress plugin that enables the creation, management, and analysis of custom online tests. The plugin will address the need for educational institutions, e-learning platforms, and businesses to easily generate and manage online assessments. It aims to streamline the test creation process, automate scoring, provide detailed analytics, and facilitate user management, thereby enhancing the overall user experience for both test creators and test takers.

1. Time-Consuming Test Creation: Simplify and speed up the process of creating various types of test questions.
2. Manual Scoring: Eliminate the need for manual scoring by implementing automated scoring mechanisms.

5. Inadequate Customization: Allow test creators to customize and merge tests according to their specific needs.
6. Integration Challenges: Ensure seamless integration with existing e-learning platforms, specifically Tutor LMS.

    – Multiple-Choice Questions: Allowing single or multiple correct answers.
    – Fill-in-the-Blank Questions: Users must type the correct answer in a blank field.
    – True or False Questions: Simple binary choice questions for quick assessments.

2. Scoring Mechanisms
    – Automated Scoring: Instant grading of tests upon completion, reducing administrative workload and providing immediate feedback to test takers.

3. Reporting and Analytics
    – Pie Chart Reporting: Visual representation showing the percentage of correct and incorrect answers for easy comprehension.
    – Color-Coded Bar Chart: Performance visualization indicating:
        – Red (Below Expectations): Scores below 49%
        – Yellow (In Line with Expectations): Scores between 50% to 69%
        – Green (Above Expectations): Scores of 70% and above

4. User Management
    – Admin Test Creation: Administrators can create and manage tests from the front-end, providing a user-friendly interface.

5. User Roles
    – Administrators: Full access to all plugin features, including user management, test creation, and analytics.
    – Test Creators: Can create, customize, and manage tests but have limited access to user management.
    – Test Takers: Can take tests and view their own performance reports.

6. Customization
    – Test Merging: Test creators can select and combine previously created tests to form comprehensive assessments, enabling versatile test creation.

7. Integration
    – Tutor LMS Integration: Seamless integration with the Tutor LMS platform to enhance the learning management system’s capabilities. This will allow users to leverage the extensive features of Tutor LMS while utilizing the custom test creation and analysis functionalities of the plugin.
