We are a dynamic and innovative startup dedicated to developing a cutting-edge job portal from the ground up and are looking for a talented and driven individual to join our team as a part time Product Manager/Product Owner. Our MVP is about to launch within a few weeks, and we have many features we’re looking to develop going forward.

As a Product Manager/Product Owner with us, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and success of our job portal. This hybrid role encompasses both strategic product management and hands-on product ownership responsibilities. You will work closely with developers, UX designer, and other stakeholders to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of product features.

Key Responsibilities:
– Product Vision and Strategy: Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with our business goals.
– Backlog Management: Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring it is prioritized based on business value and customer needs.
– User Stories and Requirements: Write and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and requirements for new features and improvements.
– Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with developers, UX designers, and other team members to ensure alignment and progress on product development.
– Quality Assurance: Conduct quality testing and ensure that all product releases meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
– Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders, including weekly meetings with the CEO and development team, to provide updates and gather feedback.
– Market and User Research: Conduct market analysis and user research to inform product decisions and identify opportunities for innovation.

Qualifications:
– Experience: Proven experience in a Product Manager and/or Product Owner role, preferably in a tech or startup environment.
– Technical Skills: Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Trello or similar.
– Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate product vision and requirements clearly.
– Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision making.
– Team Player: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
– Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, ensuring high standards of quality in all deliverables.
