Role Description

As a Fractional E-Commerce Development & Technical Support Partner, your deep understanding of WooCommerce and BigCommerce will be paramount. Key Responsibilities

WooCommerce & BigCommerce Expertise: Demonstrate expert-level knowledge and proficiency in both WooCommerce and BigCommerce platforms, including theme customization, plugin development, and troubleshooting.

Platform Migration: Specialize in migrating BigCommerce websites to WooCommerce and WordPress, ensuring a smooth transition and minimal downtime.

E-commerce Development & Support: Provide comprehensive development and technical support for WooCommerce and BigCommerce websites, addressing issues, implementing enhancements, and optimizing performance.

Data & Product Migration: Execute seamless data and product migrations between platforms or within existing stores, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.

E-commerce Setup & Configuration: Configure taxes, shipping, payment gateways, and other essential e-commerce settings in both WooCommerce and BigCommerce environments.

Variable Products: Implement and manage complex product variations and options within WooCommerce and BigCommerce.

SEO Optimization: Implement basic SEO best practices for e-commerce websites, with a focus on WooCommerce and BigCommerce-specific optimizations.

Client Communication: Collaborate effectively with our team and our clients to understand their unique WooCommerce and BigCommerce needs, provide expert technical guidance, and resolve platform-specific issues.
