We are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to join our team and elevate the user experience of our web and mobile applications in the SaaS (Software as a Service) sector. As a designer, you will collaborate closely with the founders and developers to create intuitive and visually appealing interfaces that delight our users and drive engagement.

Responsibilities:

Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that promote ease of use and optimize the user experience.

Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business goals and translate them into design solutions.

Ensure consistency across platforms and devices by following best practices and design guidelines.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and outcomes.

Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, etc.

Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.

Ability to effectively communicate design ideas and solutions.

Experience working in Agile development environments is a plus.

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred.

Duration and Compensation:

This is a part time position with a duration of 6 months, and can potentially be a permanent position.

Compensation: Competitive rate, negotiable based on experience and skills.
