About OnScale: OnScale is a pioneering influencer management portal designed to streamline the collaboration between Influencer agents, influencers and brands. Our platform simplifies the management of influencer campaigns and analytics, making it easier for influencers agencies to achieve their business objectives. We are seeking a UI/UX Designer to revitalize our homepage and dashboard, ensuring an intuitive, efficient, and visually appealing experience for new users.

Project Overview: The project involves updating our homepage and dashboard with a focus on improving navigation, usability, and aesthetic appeal. The redesign will be guided by Material Design principles and implemented using Figma and Flutter for both web and mobile interfaces.

Responsibilities:

Utilize Material Design to ensure a consistent and intuitive user interface.
Create and iterate on designs and prototypes using Figma, with a focus on improving the user experience for influencers agents.

Work closely with our development team to translate designs into functional user interfaces, ensuring compatibility across various devices and platforms.
Requirements:

Proven experience in UI/UX design, preferably with a focus on Saas.

Expertise in Material Design, Figma, Flutter, and responsive web design.

Excellent problem-solving skills and creativity in design solutions.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.

Hourly Range: $17.00-$30.00
