I’m looking for a driven and visionary Co-Founder with expertise in COO roles, who is passionate about fashion, particularly menswear and the luxury industry, and possesses a strong background in e-commerce operations, digital marketing, and technology.

Responsibilities:

    Oversee daily operations, ensuring the seamless execution of the business plan.
    Spearhead digital marketing efforts to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.
    Implement cutting-edge technologies (e.g., AI, AR) to enhance the online shopping experience.
    Manage financial planning, including budgeting, forecasting, and investor relations.
    Foster strong relationships with suppliers and partners, negotiating favorable terms.
    Contribute to product strategy and expansion, aligning offerings with market trends and customer preferences.

Requirements:

    Proven experience in e-commerce management, particularly in fashion or luxury goods.
    Strong grasp of digital marketing strategies and platforms (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Email Marketing).
    Technical acumen, particularly with e-commerce platforms, CRM, and emerging technologies like AI and AR.
    Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building and growing startups.
    Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
    Interest in menswear and the luxury industry, with a keen eye for trends and quality.
    Willingness to work in a fast-paced startup environment, adapting to and overcoming challenges.
    Ideally based in or willing to relocate to Miami (preferred, but not required).
