We have a site.com based application which fronts a very large database. Currently users have to activate filters to search for what they want and for some it can be confusing.

We are looking to integrate an AI agent in which a user can have a conversation, the agent would direct them to the right page and then suggest a filter to be used and ideally be able to take the person to the page and apply the filter for them.

I’ve provided an example of a filter attached.

Please note this has to integrate into the Application which is based on salesforce site.com.

We’ll be using different Proof of Concept phases to get to the end result.
