Role Overview:
The successful candidate will be responsible for the creation, maintenance, and updates of websites for both our company and our clients. This role requires a mix of web development skills and SEO expertise to ensure all web properties are optimized for search engine ranking. The developer must be comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

    Design, develop, and maintain websites ensuring strong optimization and functionality.
    Work on website updates, including new features, content updates, and UX/UI improvements.
    Monitor website performance and make adjustments accordingly.
    Implement and manage SEO strategies to improve search engine ranking.
    Conduct keyword research, analysis, and implementation within website content.
    Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs and strategies.
    Use Trello for project management and ensure timely updates and completion of tasks.
    Address and resolve website issues and bugs in a timely manner.
    Stay updated with current web technologies and SEO trends.

Requirements:

    Proven experience in website development and digital marketing.
    Strong knowledge of SEO, SEMrush, and other digital marketing tools.
    Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant web design coding languages.
    Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Shopify).
    Familiarity with Trello for project management.
    Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
    Strong communication and teamwork skills.
    Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
