We are a dynamic and forward-thinking company specializing in providing QA services to our clients. We’re currently in search of an experienced UX Specialist to provide consultations and potentially become a valued member of our team down the line.
We are looking for a talented individual who can not only enhance user experiences but also understand how UX impacts various (KPIs) specific to each client’s business.

Requirements:
– Proven experience in UX research, design, or analysis, preferably in a digital product or technology-focused environment.
– Proficiency in UX design tools
– Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
– Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
– Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus.

Key Responsibilities in the future:
– Conduct thorough UX research and analysis to understand user behavior, needs, and pain points.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design intuitive and user-friendly digital interfaces.
– Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to visualize and iterate on UX solutions.
– Conduct usability testing to evaluate the effectiveness of designs and gather feedback for refinement.
– Provide expert recommendations on UX improvements based on industry best practices and user insights.
– Work closely with QA, business analytics, DevOps, and solution architecture teams to ensure seamless integration of UX into the overall digital solution.
