We are seeking an experienced professional to help build and optimize a system for managing multiple clients using Go High Level (GHL). The primary tasks include creating a comprehensive lead tracking system for both paid and organic traffic, setting up Grasshopper numbers through GHL, and replicating CallRail’s functionalities within the GHL platform.

Responsibilities:

System Setup and Optimization:

– Build and configure Go High Level accounts for multiple clients.
Ensure seamless integration and customization according to client needs.

Lead Tracking:

Develop a robust system for tracking leads from both paid and organic traffic sources.

Track calls and form submissions accurately and in real-time.

Grasshopper Numbers Setup:

Create and integrate Grasshopper phone numbers within the GHL platform.

Ensure proper routing and functionality of these numbers for different clients.

CallRail Replication:

Replicate the features and functionalities of CallRail within Go High Level.

Ensure accurate call tracking, recording, and reporting features are in place.

Requirements:

Proven experience with Go High Level platform.
Strong understanding of lead tracking for both paid and organic traffic.
Experience with Grasshopper phone systems.
Familiarity with CallRail and its features.
Ability to handle multiple client setups and configurations.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

Previous experience in digital marketing or a related field.
Knowledge of other CRM and lead tracking systems.
Ability to provide ongoing support and optimization.

Project Scope:

Initial setup and configuration for multiple clients.
Ongoing maintenance and optimization as needed.
