Ensure seamless integration of frontend with backend services.
Design System:
Create and implement a design system that emphasises clarity and simplicity, inspired by Klarna.
Design a user-friendly interface with an easy-to-navigate layout.
Handle the visual design aspects, including UI/UX design.
Filtering System:
Implement responsive and dynamic filtering options as required.
Work with backend developers to ensure filters are correctly connected to the database and function seamlessly.
Data Fetching:
Use Drizzle or another ORM to fetch data from our Postgres database.
Present the data in a way that aligns with our existing schema and design goals.
Requirements:
Proficiency in Next.js and Tailwind CSS.
Experience in UI/UX design and creating design systems.
Familiarity with ORMs like Drizzle and databases like Postgres.
Strong understanding of frontend best practices and performance optimisation.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of the frontend development and design.
Additional Information:
You will work closely with our backend team to ensure smooth integration.
Our aim is to create a clean, efficient, and user-friendly comparison shopping service.
