We seek an experienced Growth Hacker Consultant to guide the integration of robust growth strategies into our early-stage product. This consultancy role involves teaching our team the best practices, selecting the right tools, helping implement these tools, and setting up tracking systems with initial developer assistance. The goal is to empower our team to independently manage and scale our growth efforts, with the possibility of ongoing consulting as needed.

**Responsibilities:**
– Advise on the development and integration of growth hacking strategies tailored to a SaaS startup environment.
– Guide the selection and implementation of an optimal tech stack and analytic tools to support scalable growth initiatives.
– Design a framework for continuous testing and optimization across user acquisition, activation, retention, and upsell pathways.
– Establish metrics and KPIs dashboards using platforms suitable for tracking our specific growth targets.
– Provide training and documentation to enable the internal team to take over the growth processes fully.
– Offer periodic consultancy and support on an as-needed basis to refine strategies and troubleshoot issues.
– Special focus on testing and optimizing the user onboarding and conversion processes to enhance the product’s viral growth potential.

**Required Skills and Experience:**
– Demonstrated success as a Growth Hacker, preferably within the SaaS space, with a strong portfolio of previous projects.
– Expertise in statistical analysis, A/B testing (using platforms like Optimizely, VWO), and data analytics (using tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel).
– Experience with setting up and integrating CRM and email marketing solutions.
– Strong ability to work with cross-functional teams to communicate complex data-driven insights simply.
– Proven ability to train and empower teams in growth hacking methodologies and tools.
– Significant experience in improving viral coefficients and tracking product-led growth metrics.
– Knowledgeable in user onboarding optimization and conversion rate enhancements.
