The Big Commerce backend order editing capability currently does not meet our needs. The system does not allow the administrator (managers) to edit the payment type(s) for orders already submitted. We need to be able to change payment types post-order placement in the order editing area of the backend. Big Commerce has stated to us this capability can be achieved via third party development. We are looking for someone who can professionally and efficiently accomplish this task.
