A colleague of mine was able to automate amazon case opening in the past with an excel VBA combined with Selenium browser.
He worked in accounts receivable and needed to open a lot of cases in bulk to get reimbursements.
I would like to do something similar in google sheets (my preferred tool) where I could setup a condition formula and if triggered we will open a case,
I envision an issue tracking or sequence flow where we can monitor the status of the ongoing cases and reply back to reps as quick as possible to minimize down time on our end from lack of response.
Solution should be
*Mac Computer Friendly
*Built in No Code platform (axiom.ai preferred)
*Managed from a google sheet for trigger and message content
( I would also be open to managing the workflow in copy.ai platform )
*Able to open new cases
*Able check a case ID if there is a reply from amazon
*Able to respond back into an existing case
Best Applicants
*Are familiar with amazon seller / vendor central
*You have AI automation experience and can assist me with a work flow
*You have a plan for google sheet build with multi stage reply automation
I think the login and OTP will be a challenge to overcome.
