adminWe need a prototype consumer website in Django. The skeleton that we need needs to have:
1. A Theme based model that allows us to change themes easily on look and feel.
2. Standard account signup with both Oauth and local accounts that by default use Active Directory.
4. Must use MySQL in the background
5. Security is one of the most important features, so all standard security related state of the art.
6. We would prefer to use someone who can continue to provide us support in making modifications and rolling out new features.
