○ Users must be able to create and manage new properties (houses or rooms).

○ It should be possible to customize and manage the pricing for each property.
○ The platform must be able to manage customer information such as contact details, booking details and payment history
○ A calendar view should be available to display bookings and availability.

○ Users must be able to view and manage the cleaning status of each property.
○ It should be possible to record and track repair or maintenance requests.
○ Employees should be able to be assigned to cleaning and repair tasks

5. notifications and reminders:
○ The platform should be able to notify users of upcoming bookings, cleaning appointments, maintenance tasks and other relevant events.
Users should be able to customize reminders and notification settings.

6. reporting and analysis:
○ The software should be able to generate reports on bookings, sales, utilization and other relevant metrics (such as costs).
○ Analysis tools should be available to identify trends and gain insights into the performance of the properties

7. security and data protection:
○ The platform must ensure that user data and confidential information are protected.
It should implement security mechanisms such as encryption and access controls.

8. user-friendliness and scalability:
○ The user interface should be intuitively designed and allow easy navigation.
○ The software must be scalable to support the addition of new objects and users as the business grows.

9. support and documentation:
○ Comprehensive documentation should be available to help users set up, use and troubleshoot.
A customer support channel should be established to address user queries and issues.
