I would like to develop an app that allows businesses to pay for advertisements that will appear on cars through an app (tablets) that will allow ads to be seen while driving on the back windshield. It should have a similar frame work to facebook ads. The people that display ads should get paid out similarly to Uber. Additionally, it should allow for users to open the app and find discounts/ promotions through the app to increase sales.

– Best description should be framework of Facebook ads manager, app displaying ads, and groupon. Integration with geolocation is vital to the success of this.
