As an AI Chat Software Developer, you will contribute to our project by designing, implementing, and fine-tuning AI-driven chat solutions. Tasks include:
– Design, develop, and deploy AI chat solutions using Python, Langchain, and Autogen technologies.
– Fine-tune and optimize large language models (LLMs).
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate chat software into various platforms and applications.
– Conduct research and experimentation to improve the performance and capabilities of our AI chat software.
– Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and natural language processing.

Requirements:
– Minimum of 3 years of experience in Python programming.
Proficiency in Langchain and Autogen for developing AI chat solutions.
– Experience with fine-tuning and optimizing large language models (LLMs).
– Knowledge and experience with serving technologies like vLLM, Ray Serve, LoRAX, etc.
– Experience with Vector databases, RDBS and NoSQL.
– Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
– Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
– Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Nice to Have:
– Experience with NodeJS and Golang.
– Knowledge of other AI frameworks and technologies.
