– Experience with GSAP animation with mobile optimizations. Please share your top 3 best works.
– Experience with Three.JS and GSAP animations (i.e. make them work together). Please share your top 5 best works.
– Skilled in optimising assets e.g. Figma to SVG conversion, media conversions e.g. mp4 to webm, ogg, etc as our projects all require mobile responsiveness across iOS, Android, Desktop, and Tablets. Deep understanding of which media type works best for which device/platform. If you see the TSC example, there are different media files for the same media content so the best optimised one is served for the respective platform.
– Must know how to compress assets like images, SVG, video files, etc.
– Prefer someone in PH, VN, MY, TH timezone (GMT+6 to GMT +10hrs). We are a small team and work closely and transparently. Any issues can be pointed out during development instead of last minute surprises / shocks. The team Project Manager is in SG, the Graphic Lead is in PH, Technical Director is IN. We are on WhatsApp, iMessage, and Slack.
– Must be a team player and be ready for rush hours/stress/standby urgent edits during launch days and throughout the development.
– Source codes MUST be provided as we have to deliver to clients as part of all projects.
– Must provide detailed documentation of code file structure, how to compile (if needed), and in-line comments in source codes to explain the purpose is a must.
– Must provide a contact number(s) for emergency contact and not get upset if we call during off hours (for critical and dire situations only).
