We are seeking an experienced, rigourous and autonous Test Manager to write the User Acceptance Tests (UAT) Test Plan for our Human Capital Management (HCM) and Finance Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) deployment project. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a comprehensive and detailed plan that ensures the successful execution of UATs.

  First Phase Responsibilities:
   – Develop and document the UAT Test Plan, from the Users Requirements Document.
   – Collaborate with stakeholders to define test objectives and scope
   – Identify and document test scenarios and test cases
   – Coordinate with the project team to ensure test environment readiness

  Second Phase of the mission could be:
   – Execute and/or supervise the execution of test cases and report any issues or defects
   – Provide regular updates on testing progress to project stakeholders

   Requirements:
   – Proven experience as a Test Manager in ERP deployment projects ( experience with SAP, Workday or similar platform required).
   – Some knowledge of HR and Finance processes
   – Excellent understanding of UAT methodologies and best practices
   – Proficiency in test management and defect tracking tools
   – Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
   – Effective communication and collaboration abilities
