We need to install several applications, each in their own Azure Kubernetes cluster.  Applications are mainly written in Python and related to video and audio processing.  Each application will be accessed via API.  The source and output files will be stored in  Azure Blob storage folders.  Developer will be responsible for evaluating the application’s compatibility, setting up version of repo in company’s GitHub, installing application on Kubernetes, installing
secure API access that can batch request and test entire configuration.  We don’t anticipate an model training will be necessary but developer should have familiarity with model training.

We will likely start with one application and will do up to 5 additional applications.
