Responsibilities

Responsible for finding software solutions (code) to address the problems and needs expressed by clients.
Creates technical specifications together with clients for the implementation of agreed-upon solutions.
Transforms technical specifications into concrete, specific, and measurable tasks.
Ensures, together with team members, that tasks are fully understood.
Ensures that team members have all the resources they need within his power and escalates those that are not within his power.
Identifies blockages within the team and finds solutions together with the team to eliminate them.
Reviews and approves team members’ pull requests (PRs) in a timely manner.
Responsible for implementing new code quality standards.
Respond promptly to project managers’ questions.
Provide an estimate of the resources needed for (projects/offers/task packages) within a maximum of 2 working days.
Complete tasks within the agreed time frame.
Adhere to the minimum code quality standards.
Test the implemented functionalities.
Participate in weekly training sessions.
Complete the work reports for the previous week by Monday morning at 9 AM.
Meet the agreed minimum standard of programming hours worked per week.
