**Overview:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Automated Test Engineer with expertise in Appium to join our dynamic team. As an Automated Test Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing automated test cases for mobile applications using Appium. You will work closely with our development and quality assurance teams to ensure the quality and reliability of our mobile applications.

**Responsibilities:**
– Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Appium for mobile applications.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test strategies and test plans.
– Identify and report bugs and issues using our bug tracking system.
– Work closely with developers to reproduce and debug issues.
– Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
– Continuously improve automated testing processes and frameworks.

**Requirements:**
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
– Proven work experience as an Automated Test Engineer or similar role.
– Strong proficiency in Appium for automated testing of mobile applications.
– Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
– Familiarity with mobile application development processes and lifecycle.
– Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex issues.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
– Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Qualifications:**
– Experience with other mobile automation tools/frameworks (e.g., XCTest, Espresso).
– Knowledge of continuous integration and delivery pipelines.
– ISTQB or similar certification is a plus.

Hourly Range: $8.00-$12.00
