I need a Developer to create a website for a new Self Storage company. What I am looking for is a developer to provide a fast, user friendly website giving customers the ability to seamlessly rent storage units online. I need the website to verify their identity, take payments, show what % of units are filled, keep track of my occupancy and identify delinquent tenants. I am okay with the idea of having a different companies software to manage this aspect.

Even though the market we are in does not have much competition I want to put an emphasis on SEO expertise. I want to have competition scoped out to determine what terms work and what doesn’t to further optimize my website and remain at the top of the google search page .
