Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Senior Application Developer / Senior Software Developer  with 10+ years of experience to design, develop, and maintain software applications, website mobile application. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software, website and application development, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment. You will be responsible for the entire software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing and deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and Maintain Software Applications:  
• Design, code, test, and debug software and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Maintain and improve the performance of existing software applications.

Technical Leadership:  
• Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers.

Project Management:  
• Work with project managers and stakeholders to gather requirements and create technical specifications.
• Manage tasks and timelines to ensure project deadlines are met.

Innovation and Improvement:  
• Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
• Propose and implement improvements to enhance the software development process.

Required Qualifications

• Education:   Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Experience:  
• 10+ years of professional software, website and application development experience.
• Proven experience with one or more programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript.
• Experience with front end and back-end development.
• Experience developing mobile applications for iOS and/or Android.

Technical Skills:  
• Proficient in database management and SQL.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Knowledge of web development frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue) and/or back-end frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Django).
• Familiarity with mobile app development frameworks and tools (e.g., React Native, Flutter, Swift, Kotlin).

Soft Skills:  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

   
Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with cross platform mobile development.
