We need ongoing frontend and backend development support for our conversational AI system. This includes:

1. Real time/low latency voice chatting service development with Whisper + GPT turbo 3.5. We need response in less than 1 second (full round trip request-response time including STT, LLM response and then TTS). We are open to other models as long as quality is good.

2. RAG work where we can augment LLM responses with data in memory.
