We are an online equipment rental business are looking for a skilled professional to help with business process automation for our customer journey. The ideal candidate will have experience in streamlining workflows and improving efficiency through automation tools and software. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving and finding innovative solutions. The main responsibilities of this role include analyzing existing processes, identifying areas for improvement, designing and implementing automated solutions, and providing training and support to team members.
    
The successful candidate will possess the following skills:
    
– Strong knowledge of business process automation tools and techniques
    
– Proficiency in process mapping and optimization
    
– Experience with workflow automation software (e.g., Zapier, Microsoft Power Automate)
    
– Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) is a plus
