– Front End: Webflow (done)
– Additional front end feature: JetBoost
– Membership management: Outseta
– Back-end: Xano (open to Wized if necessary)

The idea is to have as all the data in Xano to build the following features in a a custom User Dashboard (Outseta membership)

– User can post a job and it will be pushed to Webflow
– Being able to amend/edit the job posting
– CV parsing when candidate applies.
– Showing the candidates at each stage – application, screening, 1st interview, 2nd interview etc.
– Adding interview feedback for candidates.  
– Importing CV’s manually
– Dashboard to show analytics – how many candidates at each stage for each job, how long job has been open for, tasks that need completing (for example to screen x candidate)
– Create a Candidate user profiles database
– Being able to search for candidates in the database using either tags, Boolean search

In terms of optional features (price dependent), we would consider:

The ability to message candidates directly from the ATS
Message history for each candidate
Ability to create email templates
Integrating with for example calendly to schedule interviews.
