Looking for a developer to build a script / bot that clips fitness videos from youtube and turns them into nice reels / YT shorts.

The fitness videos are mostly gonna be just the person doing the exercises, not talking (even though if you have experience with talking I’m open to suggestions)

What the script would do is take 10-100 long form Youtube videos, clip them and put the clips together in 1000 different ways, so we can mass repurpose the content onto reels

The script should be able to make good reels should look good and add basic transitions between clips
