Project Overview:
C-Synergy Career Coaching (www.c-synergy.com) seeks a dynamic and experienced Full Stack Developer to create an innovative AI-powered tool to assist professionals with career transitions. The developer will build a simple mobile/web app that matches user profiles to career opportunities, providing insights on ideal industries, companies, roles, and more. Full requirements document to be shared under NDA to develop a time and cost estimate.

Ideal Candidate:
Preference is given to multi-talented developers who will be paid for their development work but who also want a stake in the long-term potential of this business opportunity.

Responsibilities:
• Design and implement a responsive front-end using ReactJS.
• Develop a robust backend with Python (Django or Flask) to process and match user data.
• Integrate various job market data APIs and ensure rate limits and caching for optimal performance.
• Construct an interactive profiling system, AI matching algorithm, and user-friendly explanation features using NLP.
• Implement web scraping for real-time data collection and integrate with existing data sources.
• Develop data management processes, ensuring the integrity and relevance of the data.
• Adhere to security best practices, ensuring data protection and regulatory compliance.
• Create an intuitive, accessible user interface, adhering to WCAG guidelines.
• Engage in user experience design, ensuring clear navigation and personalized interactions.
• Regularly test and iterate features based on user feedback to enhance functionality.
• Provide documentation and support for the developed system.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in full-stack development with a portfolio of previous work.
• Strong proficiency in ReactJS for front-end and Python (Django/Flask) for backend development.
• Experience with PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
• Knowledge of API integration and management.
• Familiarity with web scraping tools like Scrapy and legal/ethical implications.
• Understanding of machine learning and natural language processing is a plus.
• Knowledge of data protection, SSL, bcrypt, OAuth, GDPR, and CCPA compliance.
• Experience in creating accessible web applications (WCAG compliance).
• Ability to work independently as this is a solo effort without support teams.

Compensation:
• Compensation will be on an hourly basis, competitive, and commensurate with experience.
