We operate a venture studio that’s published multiple generative AI projects. You can read more on the Magnetic Growth Substack, by Alex Furmansky. You will see demos for early prototypes of each of the projects you’ll be working on. Personally, I am a successful multi-time tech founder with two successful exits. I love building teams of sharp and hungry people.
**Agencies Disclaimer **
Important: we only work directly with developers as as "outsourced developer" model. We are happy to work with your agency to handle your billings, but we will not work through project managers. We must work with the specific person we interview.
***Preferred Stack***
– Back-end: Current codebase is in Node js / Typescript / Javascript; it’s OK if you have more experience in Python but you must be comfortable in Node.js / Typescript, too
– Data: Postgres, Firebase, Vector-based storage
– Gen AI APIs: OpenAI experience required, some experience with Anthropic is helpful
– Firebase experience preferred
– Front-end: React / React Native
– DevOps: firebase, fly.io, docker, Github (sometimes we prototype on Replit)
I expect you to rely on shortcut frameworks and ChatGPT to accelerate development.
You must have understanding of OpenAI’s Chat Completion, Function-calling, and Assistants / Threading concepts.
** The Role **
This is very early stage, so expect a lot of creativity and excitement (this is the most fun stage of building a company!). You’ll see your work go into the hands of consumers and we’ll quickly iterate to optimize their experience.
We have our own UX/UI team.
Hourly Range: $35.00-$45.00
