We are a dynamic, tech-driven career service startup, gearing up to launch a SaaS tech product. Our goal is to create a new WordPress website optimized for conversion rate.

Responsibilities:

Theme Installation: Install a WordPress theme that aligns closely with the Lumi Tech Startup theme (link provided), or suggest similar options for our review.
Branding and Design: Customize the website to incorporate our branding colors and create a design inspired by Apple’s clean, user-friendly layout. Emphasize correct information architecture.
Blog Layout: Develop a functional and appealing blog layout to facilitate content migration.
Plugin Management: Clean up existing plugins and recommend the best options for SEO, AB testing, and image optimization.
Requirements:

Proven experience in WordPress development and design.
Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization in web design.
Portfolio showcasing previous work on tech-focused websites.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Hourly Range: $10.00-$35.00
