I am seeking an experienced, reputable web design and development partner to assist me in wireframing, designing and building a new WordPress / WooCommerce website for a client of mine, who runs a small clothing and personal coaching business here in Melbourne, Australia.

The core requirements for this are as follows:

– Wireframe design for all site pages (approx 6 static site pages plus online store with  less than 20 individual products and one online form) in Figma

– UI design (visual look and feel) for all site pages in Figma

– HTML build of the site once the wireframes and UI are signed off, hosted on a staging server

– WP theme creation and implementation in WordPress (please note: we don’t want to use Divi or Elementor etc)

– Build of the online store in WooCommerce using the Stripe payment gateway and optionally AfterPay if required

– Migration / loading of all existing site content as supplied up front, in full by the client, including text/copy, images, video content and content for the online store

– Extensive cross-browser and cross-platform pre and post-live testing and quality assurance checking

– Installation of the Yoast SEO plugin ready for population prior to go-live

– Installation of WordFence plugin prior to go-live

– Coordination of the go-live process on client approval, utilising the client’s nominated hosting provider and domain registrar

– Provision of 7 days unlimited technical support following go-live, in the event of any final changes that need making

Please note: All third party plugin costs, hosting, domain name registration, WooCommerce license costs etc will be covered by the client.

I am looking for a partner that has a solid background in building similarly sized websites for other clients.

Please provide at least 5-10 examples of other sites you have planned, designed and built when responding to this job post.

I will send anyone shortlisted for the project a link to the client’s existing site to review in order to formalise the brief.

Project budget is firm and we cannot exceed this budget. Please provide an indication of cost
