Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced developer to integrate the WhatsApp Business API into our multi-tenant platform using Java and Spring Boot. Our platform is used by multiple clients, including hairdressers and restaurant owners, who want their customers to be able to reserve tables and appointments via their WhatsApp Business accounts.

**Responsibilities:**
– Integrate WhatsApp Business API for multi-tenant use with Java and Spring Boot.
– Develop and implement automated messaging flows for table and appointment reservations.
– Ensure data isolation and security across different tenants.
– Manage WhatsApp Business account registration and verification processes for our clients through an embedded signup process.
– Implement backend logic to handle reservation requests, confirmations, and notifications.
– Ensure secure storage and management of API keys and configurations.
– Provide documentation and support for maintaining and scaling the integration.

**Requirements:**
– Proven experience with WhatsApp Business API integration.
– Strong understanding of multi-tenant architecture and data isolation.
– Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot.
– Experience with creating and managing automated messaging flows.
– Knowledge of security best practices for handling sensitive data.
– Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
– Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively.
– Previous experience with similar projects is a must.

**Acceptance Criteria**:
– Clients can register via an embedded signup process on our platform.
– Customers can reserve hairdressing appointments or restaurant tables via WhatsApp chat.
– The backend must be capable of programmatically separating tenant-specific data for our platform clients.

INFO: We have already developed an app that allows customers to communicate with WABA accounts via webhooks. What is still missing is the appointment flow part and the embedded signup through the UI.

Hourly Range: $30.00-$60.00
