More than 100,000 Imran Khan supporters marched towards Pakistan’s capital, Islamabad, last week. The massive protest was led by Imran Khan’s wife, Bushra Bibi, and the chief minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province. PTI supporters demanded the release of Imran Khan and the repulsion of the new constitutional amendment, which has increased the government’s power to select superior court justices and pick those judges to hear political cases.
