Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Webflow Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should be an expert in implementing Webflow’s "Client-first" class naming system and be able to craft engaging, responsive websites that deliver both aesthetic appeal and functionality.

Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and launch dynamic, responsive websites using Webflow.
– Utilize the "Client-first" class naming system for clean, organized, and scalable CSS.
– Collaborate with designers and project managers to translate visual concepts into functional online experiences.
– Ensure website functionality and perform QA testing across multiple browsers and platforms.
– Optimize websites for maximum speed and scalability.
– Provide maintenance and enhancements to existing Webflow sites.
– Stay up-to-date with Webflow updates and web design best practices.

Qualifications:
– Proven experience as a Webflow Developer.
– Strong understanding of responsive web design and web development principles.
– Familiarity with Webflow’s CMS and eCommerce capabilities.
– Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
– Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

– Portfolio: Submit live links to Webflow projects (read-only and staging/live links preferred) to demonstrate your expertise and style.
– Introduction Video: A 30-second custom video introducing yourself and explaining your passion for web design and Webflow.

Hourly Range: $15.00-$30.00
