We are seeking a creative and experienced Web Designer (m/f/d) who can enrich our digital projects with innovative designs and appealing user interfaces. The ideal candidate possesses extensive knowledge in web design, particularly mastering the tools and functionalities of Figma.

Responsibilities:

Conceptualizing, designing, and implementing user-centered web designs for various projects
Working closely with the development team to translate design concepts into functional web applications
Updating and optimizing existing websites in terms of design and user experience
Adhering to design trends and best practices in web design
Conducting design reviews and continuously improving design processes
Requirements:

Demonstrable experience in web design with a strong portfolio of completed projects
Excellent skills in using Figma for designing user interfaces and prototyping
Proficient knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to implement design concepts into web applications
Creativity and a good sense of aesthetics and user-friendliness
Teamwork skills and the ability to work effectively in an agile environment
Excellent communication skills and the ability to give and receive feedback
Fluent German language skills in both written and spoken forms
Advantageous:

Experience with other design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or InVision
Knowledge in UX/UI design and usability testing
Basic knowledge of image editing using programs like Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator
