Russia’s ‘high-precision’ missile strike on Ukraine’s second largest city, Kharkiv, broke a huge TV tower in half on Monday. Dramatic visuals of the attack showed the 787-foot tall TV tower breaking off and falling to the ground. Ukrainian authorities said that Russia apparently used Kh-59 missile for the strike. The attack caused a temporary television signal outage in the region. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky complained to his U.S. counterpart Joe Biden on phone minutes after the attack, that Russia was trying to make Kharkiv inhabitable. Watch for more.
