adminI am seeking an experienced Voiceflow developer to provide training to a myself to learn Voiceflow. This will be specifically focused around a real-world project, of a chatbot assistant I am developing for the European Space Agency. I have completed 20-30 hours of training courses on Voiceflow website, Conversation Design Institute (introduction level), and via YouTube.
The chatbot I am building is a knowledge base querying tool and I have prepared the knowledge base materials (MS Word). The chatbot will assist users to understand how satellite earth observation can apply to transport and infrastructure projects are round the world. There are eight ‘branches’ of information e.g. ‘monitor infrastructure construction’ or ‘assessing transportation infrastructure quality’ etc, which the user needs to be guided through.
Within each of these branches the users can discuss with the chatbot different aspects including: a) the challenges b) the satellite Earth Observation value proposition c) or discuss some example satellite Earth Observation products?
I would like the chatbot to at an appropriate point in the conversation, based on number of queries or position in the branches, show a PDF report from a website (that is same as the one in knowledge base). The content the chatbot will provide is primarily QA from the knowledge base, but will also include images (of the Earth Observation products). I would also, if there is time in the budget like to be able to query data I have in a Excel file related to the project.
I would like to capture feedback also from the user in terms of ‘1-10 would you forward this to a collgeague’ and ‘What could we improve?’ style feedbacks – these need to captured in a Google Sheet or similar.
I have built a very rough, non-functioning version already, but it needs significant improvements.
Key Deliverables:
1. Import and view the existing Voiceflow version and identify a list of improvements in terms of conversation design and use of Voiceflow steps
2. Lead a series of Zoom training sessions for myself, running through these suggested improvements. During these sessions I will edit the Voiceflow assistant on my computer – as I am keen to be the lead developer. We will use screensharing to collaborate.

• Proficiency with Voiceflow
• Experience in conversation design
• Experience with Make.com or Zapier
