We need a consultant and possibly a programmer on the project.

We are open for direction on this project but right now there are difference or opinions and would like to bring a couple extra set of professional minds.

One of the ideas is:
High-Level Steps
1. Dialogflow Detects Intent: Dialogflow detects the high-level intent and routes the conversation to the AI model for detailed data capture.
2. AI Model Manages Conversation: The AI model handles the detailed and dynamic parts of the conversation, capturing all necessary information.
3. Data Storage and Processing: The AI model stores and processes the captured data.
4. Sending Data Back to Dialogflow: The AI model sends the captured and structured data back to Dialogflow.
4. Dialogflow Validates and Confirms: Dialogflow validates the received data and confirms the details with the user.

"It’s not possible to use Google Dialogflow with Vertex AI since over the coming months, the generative features of Dialogflow will be migrating to Vertex AI.

Agents don’t support sending a call companion SMS from the Default Welcome Intent route in the Default Start Flow, but you can enable the call companion SMS option in standard flows.
The Agent Builder console does not support Dialogflow CX flows.
Agents created in the Vertex AI console don’t open in the Dialogflow CX console, unless the project is granted access to the restricted access feature in the Dialogflow CX console. To request access, contact your Google account team."
