We need someone as head of operations in our company (Simplicia, saas webapp business on french market)

You have to know well, at least the big picture of  :

– automation (zapier, google apps script)
– processes, operations : diagram of how things happen inside a company
-KPI, charts
-what is a dev team, a devops, a project manager, a customer success manager and so on
-managing licenses aka all the saas apps we’re paying for (Slack, Asana, Airtable, Notion) and creating licenses for our staff

Much better if you are from Vietnam but if you profile really stands out for this offer, give it a try we may consider it!
