Revamp Londontheinside.com’s UX by analyzing user journeys, optimizing information architecture, enhancing search functionality, redesigning navigation, identifying touchpoints, and creating dynamic landing pages.

Note from Co-Founder
We have a lot of content and everything needs attention so how can we make things easy to find such as evergreen content from two years ago as well as profile our latest features, regular content, popular content and the content we want to give more visibility.

Goal
Achieve a more engaging and efficient user experience by May 2024.

Scope of the work
1. User Flow Analysis:  Conduct a comprehensive analysis of existing user journeys to identify challenges in content discovery and navigation.

2. Optimized Information Architecture: Restructure the website’s information architecture to enhance intuitive navigation. Prioritise and categorize content based on user needs for a more user-friendly experience.

3. Search Optimisation: Improve the search functionality to deliver faster and more accurate results. Implement intelligent suggestions and filters for refined searches, optimizing the user’s search experience.

4. Slick Navigation Design: Redesign navigation elements to ensure a seamless browsing experience. Minimize clicks and enhance responsiveness for both desktop and mobile platforms, fostering a more efficient navigation process.

5. Identification of Touchpoints: Identify touchpoints and design features to encourage users to explore more content. This may include suggesting similar content related to a topic and introducing new buttons to connect with evergreen content.

6. Dynamic Landing Pages/Articles: Create dynamic and user-friendly landing pages designed based on verticals and identified formats. Ensure that landing pages engage users effectively and provide a visually appealing experience.
Deliverables
Documents and Analysis of Touchpoints and User Journeys.
Wireframes or Prototypes demonstrating the redesigned touchpoints, landing pages, and articles with optimized search functionality for a sleek user experience.
Implementation Guidelines for Developers to ensure seamless integration of proposed UX enhancements.

Timeline:
The project is expected to be completed by May 2024, with regular check-ins and feedback sessions to ensure alignment with project goals.

KPIs Related to Reach/Traffic – to track before and after
1. Pageviews: Measure the total number of pages viewed on the website.
2. Bounce Rate: Monitor the percentage of visitors who navigate away from the site after viewing only one page.
3. Time on Page: Evaluate the average time users spend on the website.
4. Conversion Rate: Track the percentage of visitors who take a desired action, such as signing up or making a purchase.
