Just like asana, where I can create templates of projects with tasks mentioned and I can assign it to client every time I have a service contract.

Rough Requirement : When I receive a service contract I have to assign few tasks to client for sharing documents etc, then few tasks which are blocked by these tasks will become due once client closes earlier tasks. Once new tasks are completed other tasks are assigned.

Requirement :
A web tool which has Team, client, service (Templates), projects, task, notification, settings module, no signup module.

I ll set up the team with name, email id and password, (they can change the password / reset the password)

AWS S3 and SES shall be connected for email notification and storage.

Services will be created (templates) list with list of tasks, with user responsible (Client / employee) relative due date reference (0, 1 day from the date of due, 5 days from the date of due), kind of response expected like text, number, file, Boolean.

As and when we receive a client we will create client and assign the service to him, we can modify tasks if required. Client will receive email on task creation and daily basis for pending tasks and client can submit details for tasks assigned to him. Any information submitted by client will be due for verification from our team end.

Tasks will be blocking other tasks to become due.

Once all tasks are completed, project can be closed.

All tasks can be viewed at one board as well and project wise and client wise as well.

PHP Laravel is preferred
Python Django will also work.

Hourly Range: $8.00-$12.00
