HomeRoots Wellness, a forward-thinking mental health startup, is looking for an exceptional AI developer to create a groundbreaking system of AI agents. These agents will form the backbone of our operations, handling everything from strategic planning to content creation and customer service.
Project Scope
Design and develop a comprehensive AI agent system consisting of 12 specialized agents:

Chief AI Supervisor (CAS)
Strategic Planning Agent (SPA)
Project Design Agent (PDA)
Software Development Engineer Agent (SDEA)
Content Creation Agent (CCA)
Visual Design Agent (VDA)
Print Copy Agent (PCA)
Social Media Management Agent (SMMA)
SEO Optimization Agent (SEOA)
Customer Service AI Agent (CSAA)
Data Analysis and Reporting Agent (DARA)
Compliance and Ethics Agent (CEA)

Each agent will have specific roles and responsibilities, requiring integration with various software tools and APIs.
Key Responsibilities

Architect a scalable and secure AI agent system
Develop each AI agent with specific capabilities aligned with their roles
Integrate agents with necessary software tools and APIs
Implement inter-agent communication and collaboration mechanisms
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and data privacy standards
Create a user-friendly interface for human oversight and interaction
Provide comprehensive documentation and training materials

Required Skills and Experience

Extensive experience in AI and machine learning, particularly in natural language processing and multi-agent systems
Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch
Strong background in API integration and cloud computing (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure)
Experience with project management and collaboration tools
Knowledge of healthcare IT regulations (HIPAA compliance is a plus)
Familiarity with various business software (CRM, analytics, design tools, etc.)
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Nice-to-Have

Experience in mental health tech or healthcare AI
Background in developing AI for business strategy or content creation
Knowledge of ethical AI development practices

Project Duration and Type

Full-time contract for initial development (3-6 months)
Potential for long-term engagement for system maintenance and upgrades
