I am developing an AI Customer service agent and need product management support. I have a team of engineers, UI/UX, and AWS expertise, but most of the resources are currently working on other projects.

I am looking for a product manager to meet with me and synthesize my notes and current prototype into good documentation and design, as well as research the the technologies used (AWS- Lex + bedrock + lambda), Twillio, OpenAI, and Langchain to accelerate the engineering development time.

Deliverables would be defined along the way, but a good first deliverable would be documentation around the product scope for MVP and some research on the technologies used.

We are a startup and a growing team.

Hourly Range: $15.00-$60.00
