We operate  fleet of 50 RPA robots for 50-100 customers. We are looking for software technically trained support or QA engineers to help operate these robots.

Each robots has 5 -7 analytics dashboards,

TASK1- you need to check the dashboards 3 times a day and diagnose if any robot is having :
– some problems,
– slow down
– decrease in performances

If you detect one of these situations you’s alert the engineers. If you do not yo send a status report.

TASK2- Preventive support: Analyzing daily customer analytics to drive insights and investigate problems, derive and identify best practices, advise customers and tech development teams on new potential improvements.

TASK-3  Occasionally 4-5 times a week some robots get stuck and you need to unstack them and restart them. Occasionally 3-5 times a week some robots get updates that make them work badly. You have  check the update and restart the robot. Occasionally around the 5-10th day of the month you will have to swap the sequenc eof robots operations to prioritize certain processes that the customers needs. You need to swap operation check the robot execute the task and eventually swap the process back to default. If you cannot resolve an issue you will write  a ticket to support.

3- High level Understanding of cloud services [ DO A RESEARCH WITH CHATgtp4 ]
4-High level understanding of RPA systems   [ DO A RESEARCH WITH CHATgtp4 ]

Extensive use of chatgpt4, plugins, and extensive use of analytics dashboards.
