We want to ask users how was their experience from our e-shop and to fill some fields in order for us to better interpret our quality of work ( or lack of it )

The end of the survey has to have two options for the client :

1) Client is not satisfied — the survey leads them to a contact page, with our telephone number so they can immediately call or email us – or prompt them to leave their number or email so we can contact them and rectify the situation

2) Client is satisfied — the survey leads them to our google business review page, asking them to leave a short 5 star review. Possibility here to offer them a discount if they do so.

Hourly Range: $20.00-$50.00
