I need to have my website built for my real estate referral business; I am a referral agent. I will need about 6 pages and one possibly password protected for a questionnaire the customer will need to complete.
There will be no money exchange in my business so no e-commerce necessary.
I will be offering a freemium on my squeezepage; they will need to be able to click and download a free digital product.
I would like the captcha thing to keep from getting spammed.
I have content that I need to have added and the designer will need to also show me how to update my content once I’m on my own.
I need to be the admin/owner.
I need help chosing a web host as I have run into them being specific to different builder software such as wordpress only, etc. so I haven’t purchased until I see what my website designer recommends for where they hold their expertise.
I may also need someone who is available in the future to rehire to add more as my business grows.
And finally, I will need help and guidance from someone who is a design expert.
