We have a front end 100% developed and complete – which is in react.

We need to re-do our backend, which will include:

1) Email sequencing with threaded follow up steps (follow up messages going in the same thread as first one)
2) Connecting email accounts to platform using IMAP and SMTP. So users can connect any type of email account easily.
3) Email warmup (either we develop a new warmup network or use an external API, we will discuss)
4) Unibox. Universal inbox so all replies go into one inbox view inside the platform that users can reply to.
5) Hosting on a server – custom VPS server preferably. We do not want to use AWS because its so expensive.
6) Ability for users to import their own CSVs and lists to use in campaigns.
7) Ability for us to upload external CSVs (of contacts) from our backend for users to use in campaigns
8) Ability for users to submit forms to us through the platform which we get emailed. We have the form built already.
9) Ability for users to sign up for different plans on the platform and pay through our Stripe.
10) ChatGPT API integration so users can create email copy for their campaigns
11) Analytics on all campaigns

So we actually already have a fully functional platform built with all of the above features. But it was done in Laravel (PHP) and its been a buggy mess.

We are looking to just keep the front end and rebuild the backend the right, smart way with good documentation and clean code. Perhaps you can use some of the existing code/language to make it easier.

We are open to using any code framework you think is best for these kinds of tools – so maybe nodeJS, python or something else more modern — we are open for anything.

We have a strict budget of $3K-5K for this entire build and will NOT exceed that for this first round of features.
