The chat window needs to be fork of (https://github.com/microsoft/BotFramework-WebChat. It will be highly customisable similar to ChatGPT type with history, ability to select tools. A full window experience and as well as sidebar type experience similar to Microsoft Edge.

It will be deployed in various custom internal application.

This is scoped to ONLY webchat window customisation. possibility to deploy in MS Teams is high.
